		<description>I believe the lack of honesty regarding green marketing claims is directly tied with the lack of standards in the green industry. There (still) isn&#039;t a clear, legal definition of what makes a product &quot;green&quot;, &quot;sustainable&quot; or even &quot;organic&quot; - and some companies are short-sighted enough to try to bank on this situation, and use misleading terms to trick consumers that are actually concerned about their lifestyles.

Green building is one of the areas that is most regulated within the green industry, and the government is making an effort to take its example and replicate it across other markets. Let&#039;s hope it doesn&#039;t take long :)
